Teacher Requirements
- State teacher’s license
- Two years of teaching experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a teachable subject (MEd preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to professional development
- Commitment to safeguarding and well-being of students
- Ability to clear required background check(s)
Principal Requirements
- State teacher’s license
- State principal preparation program/practicum
- Three years of administration experience
- Master’s degree in administration (PhD preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Serve as a collaborative instructional leader for the teachers
- Ability to clear required background check(s)
